Workshop: Torsåker, March 6th

On March 6th, representatives from academia and industry gathered at Torsåker Farm for a joint full-day workshop within the ReSus project. The aim of the day was to present results from the project and explore the development of sustainability indicators and key metrics for the retail sector.

During the day:

  • Workshop on sustainability indicators and key metrics for retail

  • Lunch and guided tour of Torsåker Farm

  • Presentation of a new interview study and discussion on lessons learned from sustainability initiatives at the store level and opportunities for scaling them up

  • Concluding reflections and planning of the next steps in the project
